Delete your dxlogy account

In the app

1. Open the dxlogy app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile › Account.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

By email

If you cannot access the app, write to hello@dxlogy.com from the email address of your account. The request is completed within 15 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and photo, notes, reading progress, quiz and assessment answers, DX Pulse results, DX Accelerate progress, evidence files and conversations with EVA are deleted permanently.

What is kept

Orders and invoices are kept for the period required by Brazilian tax law, and are used only for that purpose.
