You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, submit false or misleading diagnostic responses, use EVA outputs as professional consultancy advice, reproduce or redistribute store products without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
All store purchases are for digital products delivered instantly with lifetime access. Our refund rule follows delivery, not the moment of payment. Downloadable files, such as spreadsheets and presentations, cannot be refunded once you have downloaded them, because at that point you keep the file. Products you read online in your account, such as the interactive ebooks and the toolkit guides, are refundable in full while they remain unopened, and stop being refundable the first time you open them. If you have a problem accessing your files, contact us at hello@dxlogy.com and we'll make it right.
When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away and you accept that you lose the statutory right to cancel at the point described above. This does not affect any shorter cooling-off period that your own country grants you and does not allow you to waive.
Chapter recaps, questions, flashcards, summaries and AI answers in our interactive ebook and toolkit editions are generated with artificial intelligence based on the product content and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The full book or guide text is the authoritative source. Interactive editions are readable online only, are not downloadable (except for accompanying XLSX and PPTX files where included), and are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, downloading or sharing the content is not permitted.

dxlogy is available worldwide and these terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where dxlogy ltda is registered. Disputes are subject to the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
Nothing in this clause takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Brazil or anywhere else, you keep the rights your local law gives you and you may bring proceedings in your own courts where that law allows.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
