Who we are

dxlogy ltda (CNPJ 58.737.597/0001-31) operates dxlogy.com, a practitioner platform for digital transformation leaders. Registered office: Rua Bernardo Guimarães, 20, Funcionários, Belo Horizonte, MG, 30140-080, Brazil.

dxlogy is available worldwide. Rather than apply a different standard in each country, we hold all personal data to a single global standard built on the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and we extend the rights set out below to every user wherever they live. Where your local law gives you more, that law applies as well.

What data we collect

When you use dxlogy, we may collect:

  • Name and email address (when you register or subscribe)
  • Your responses to the DX Pulse diagnostic (28 questions)
  • Your score results and action plan data
  • Purchase history and payment confirmation (not card details)
  • Messages sent to EVA, our AI advisor
  • Usage data such as pages visited and time on site

Why we collect it

We process your data to:

  • Deliver the DX Pulse diagnostic and your results report
  • Send the Future of Transformation newsletter (with your consent)
  • Process purchases and deliver digital products
  • Provide EVA AI advisory responses
  • Improve the platform using anonymised, aggregated data

Our lawful basis for processing is: your consent (newsletter, EVA, Pulse diagnostic), performance of a contract (purchases), and legitimate interests (platform improvement using anonymised data).

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party processors:

We do not sell your data. We do not share individual responses with third parties.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure on request
  • Purchase records: 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Newsletter consent: until you unsubscribe
  • Pulse responses: retained to support your 90-day programme, then anonymised

Your rights

Wherever you live, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. We never treat anyone differently for exercising a privacy right.

If you want to complain about how we handle your data, write to us first and we will try to resolve it. You can also go to the regulator where you live. In the United Kingdom that is the ICO (ico.org.uk). In the European Union and the EEA it is your national data protection authority. In Brazil the LGPD gives you these same rights and the regulator is the ANPD (gov.br/anpd). In California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it and to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dxlogy.com.

International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and the processors listed above operate in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the country where you live. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum, or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical and organisational safeguards each processor maintains. You can ask us which safeguards apply to your data at hello@dxlogy.com.
